What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Water Lane,
Newport (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, whilst new connection works are being undertaken. The
order becomes operational from the 20/9/25.
The following road is affected:
Water Lane, Newport from o/s property no. 11 to its jcn with Royal Victoria
Mews. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be
completed by the 21/9/25. Alternative routes will be signed on site.
