Orford Road - Prohibition of Waiting

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(BINBROOK – ORFORD ROAD)(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce; Mandatory school keep clear markings outside Binbrook Primary School Monday to Friday, 8am to 9:30am and 2:30pm to 4pm.

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time near the junction of Kirmond Road and Orford Road, and near the staff entrance for the primary school. To introduce a bus stand enforceable from Monday to Friday, 8am to 9:30am and 2:30pm to 4pm.

Exemptions are included which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
