LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.*) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 (insofar as applicable) to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984¹, as amended, and all other powers thereunto enabling

The general effect of the Order would be to:– no waiting and no loading/unloading

(a) introduce no waiting and no loading/unloading kerb blips in Stayton Road outside No. 138

(b) introduce, remove and amend waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in:–

   (i) Albion Road, Sutton across the entrance to Nos 32 to 34

   (ii) Bisham Close, Carshalton opposite Nos. 9 to 14

   (iii) Chalgrove Road, Sutton outside No. 1 to outside No. 89 The Ridgeway, Sutton

   (iv) Frederick Road, Sutton outside Nos (odds) 123 to 125

   (v) Kayemoor Road, Sutton opposite Nos. (evens) 38 to 44

   (vi) Langley Park Road, Sutton outside Nos 48 to 50

   (vii) Leslie Gardens, Sutton, outside No. 9 and No. 17 to adjacent 56a Worcester Road, Sutton

   (viii) Priory Crescent, Sutton outside No. 1

   (ix) Stayton Road, Sutton outside Nos. (odds) 83 to 93 and opposite No. 60, outside Nos. (evens) 90 to 104

(c) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday 11am to noon (single yellow lines) in

Priory Crescent, Sutton adjacent No. 9 Priory Road

(d) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 11am to noon (single yellow lines)

in Hillside Road, Sutton outside Nos. (odds) 1 to 5, 19 to 23, 27 to 33 and adjacent No. 8 Beresford Road, Sutton and outside Nos. (evens) 2 to 24

(e) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30am and 1.30pm to 4pm in

Northdown Road, Sutton outside No 11 to The Garth

(f) reduce the existing Residents Parking Bay operating Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm and introduce waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in Langley Park Road, Sutton outside No. 1 Cumnor Road, Sutton

(g) remove the Shared Use Bay operating Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm and introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm (single yellow lines) in Worcester Road, Sutton outside No. 3

3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.

4. 6. FURTHER NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton intends to introduce/extend the following:–

    (i) Extend and change the hours of operation of the School Keep Clear markings too now operate Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30am and 1.30pm to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2.30pm in Avenue Road, Sutton extending to outside Nos. (odds) 11a to 25

Introduce a School Keep Clear operating Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm in Dorset Road, Sutton outside Nos (evens) 4 to 12 and adjacent to No. 43 Avenue Road, Sutton
