Rutland Park, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Sewer Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED) RUTLAND PARK (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*
The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate repair of a sewer pipe and associated works in Rutland Park, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Rutland Park, which lies between the south-eastern kerb-line of Walm Lane and a point 15.00 metres south-east of that kerb-line, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed. The prohibitions referred to above would apply between 29th September 2025 and 30th September 2025 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Rutland Park would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
