Crummock Gardens, Temporary Road Closure Due To Sewer Repair Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED) CRUMMOCK GARDENS (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate repair of a sewer pipe and associated works in Crummock Gardens, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Crummock Gardens, which lies between the south-western kerb-line of Derwent Avenue and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 95 and 97 Crummock Gardens, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above would apply between 29th September 2025 and 3rd October 2025 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Crummock Gardens would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
