What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

DICKENS AVENUE N3

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the installation of traffic management signals on the highway to allow for civil works to be undertaken, they intend to make an Order which will temporarily introduce a length of ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of Dickens Avenue N3 from a point in line with the southern kerbline of Squires Lane and No.2 Dickens Avenue, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8am on Tuesday 16th September 2025 and is expected to last for 1 day.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
