SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE

CHURCH WAY FOOTPATH HA8

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the replacement of street lighting columns, they intend to make an Order which will close the footpath Church Way HA8 footpath situated behind Nos.103 Fairfield Crescent to 113 Fairfield Crescent, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Tuesday 16th September 2025 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 1 day.

Alternative routes for pedestrians will be via the footway between No.115 Fairfield Crescent and No.117 Fairfield Crescent, the footpath between No.85 and No.115 Fairfield Crescent, the footpath at the side of No.85 Fairfield Crescent, Church Way footpath and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
