Sutton Road – Temporary Road Closure for Installation of Speed Cushions

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
SUTTON ROAD N10
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the installation of speed cushions on the carriageway, they intend to make an Order which will close Sutton Road N2, will be closed outside Nos.18 to 24 Sutton Road and outside Nos.76 and 84 Sutton Road, while works take place.
The works will commence on Friday
19th September 2025 at 8am and is expected to last for 12 days. The phases of the temporary prohibitions will be enforced when indicated by the presence of appropriate signs, barriers and/or traffic cones.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Coppetts Road, Hallwick Road, Colney Hatch Lane and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
