What is happening?

Devon County Council (Mid Devon HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order 2025 

Devon County Council made this on 3rd September 2025 to come into force on 17th September 2025 for: BICKLEIGH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road From Bickleigh Mill Stream Bridge To Copenhagen Farm; No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Bell Meadow; BRADNINCH: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Hele Road; CREDITON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Landscore, and Westwood Road; No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Mill Street, Road From Tuckers Meadow To Elston Meadow, Tuckers Meadow and Westernlea; CULLOMPTON: School Entrance Clearway- No Stopping At Any Time on specified lengths of St Andrews Close, St Andrews Estate and St Andrews Road; MORCHARD BISHOP: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Church Street. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods and disabled persons vehicles. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose. reference MK/DEV001/1058 I website reference 6138
