DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn cludo nwyddau ac offer yn ddiogel.

Cau Ffordd Dros Dro:
• Ffordd yr Orsaf, Pont-y-clun, yn ei chyfanrwydd o’i chyffordd â Heol Llantrisant, i gyfeiriad y gogleddorllewin.

Llwybr Amgen – fydd dim llwybr amgen ar gael yn ystod y cyfnod yma o gau’r ffordd

Cau Llwybr Troed Dros Dro
1. Y llwybr troed sy’n arwain o Fythynodd yr Orsaf, Ffordd yr Orsaf i Ynysddu, Tonysguboriau, o ffin deddwyreiniol Rhif 1 Bythynnod yr Orsaf, i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin, yna i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain, yna i gyfeiriad y gorllewin, am bellter o tua 420 metr.

Llwybr Amgen i Gerddwyr – ewch ar hyd Ynysddu, Ffordd Llantrisant (A4222) a Ffordd yr Orsaf Ar gyfer cerddwyr sy’n teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall, dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau uchod yn y drefn wrthdro.

2. Y rhan o’r llwybr troed sy’n arwain o Ffordd yr Orsaf, Pont-y-clun i Stryd Elâi, Pont-y-clun, o ffin fwyaf gorllewinol Rhif 1 Stryd Elâi, y gyfeiriad y gogledd, am bellter o tua 5 metr.

Llwybr Amgen i Gerddwyr – ewch ar hyd Stryd yr Ysgol, trwy Lôn Elâi, y tu cefn i rifau 3 i 57 Ffordd Llantrisant a Ffordd yr Orsaf Ar gyfer cerddwyr sy’n mynd i’r cyfeiriad arall, dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau uchod yn y drefn wrthdro.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, i gerddwyr ac i eiddo.

Mae disgwyl iddi fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau: -

• Cau’r ffordd yn ystod y dydd rhwng 8am a 5pm ar 21 Medi 2025

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(STATION APPROACH, PONTYCLUN)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The closure is necessary to facilitate the safe delivery of materials and equipment.

Temporary Road Closure:
• Station Approach, Pontyclun, from its junction with Llantrisant Road, in a general north-westerly direction, for its full extent.

Alternative Route – there is no alternative route available for this part of the closure

Temporary Footpath Closures:
1. The footpath which leads from Station Cottages, Station Approach to Ynysddu, Talbot Green, from the south-eastern boundary of No. 1 Station Cottages, in a general north-westerly, then northeasterly, then westerly direction, for a distance of approximately 420 metres.

Alternative Route for Pedestrians – available via Ynysddu, Llantrisant Road (A4222) and Station Approach

For pedestrians travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above.

2. A section of footpath which leads from Station Approach, Pontyclun to Ely Street, Pontyclun, from the westernmost boundary on No. 1 Ely Street, in a general northerly direction, for a distance of approximately 5 metres.

Alternative Route for Pedestrians – available via Ely Lane, School Street, Rear of 3 to 57 Llantrisant Road & Station Approach.

For pedestrians travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.

The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -

• Daytime closure between 8:00am – 5:00pm on 21st September 2025
