What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

CHESSETTS WOOD ROAD, LAPWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Rising lane to Chapel Lane.
Reason for Order: To enable works to lay new ducting.
Order Commences: 8 September 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 16 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: Chessetts Wood Road, Packwood Road, Vicarage Road, Packwood Lane, Rising Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Callan Connect, Tel: 01213 275 167.

RISING LANE, LAPWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Mill Lane to Grove Cottage.
Reason for Order: To enable works to lay new ducting.
Order Commences: 9 September 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: Rising Lane, Haywood Lane, Rowington Green, Old Warwick Road, Packwood Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Callan Connect, Tel: 01213 275 167.

MILL LANE, LAPWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Rising Lane to outside Dingley Dell.
Reason for Order: To enable works to lay new ducting.
Order Commences: 8 September 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: Mill Lane, Old Warwick Road, Station Lane, Rising Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Callan Connect, Tel: 01213 275 167.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
