Temporary Closure of East Nynehead Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along East Nynehead Road - from 656 metres west of the junction with Oake Road, westward for a total distance of 201 metres. This Order will enable Network rail to carry out level crossing maintenance works.
The Order becomes effective on 18th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months.
The works are expected to commence on 27th September 2025 and last until 28th September 2025 between the hours of 23:45 - 08:00 for a total of 1 night. Visit https://one.network/?tm=143338871 for further information on the alternative route.
