The County of Cornwall (Boslandew Hill, Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath and Road From Todden Coath To Trevithal, Paul) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Paul.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 30th September 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Boslandew Hill, Paul between the junction of Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath and the property known as Old School West, Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath, Paul for its entire length and Road From Todden Coath To Trevithal, Paul between grid references SW4621526762 and SW4618426809.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Paul.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 2nd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Heamoor.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2025 to 3rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Treneere Lane, Heamoor between the junction of Reens Road and Access to the Old Mill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Levan.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2025 to 19th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road Between Ardensawah And Porthgwarra, St Levan for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 8th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From The Valley To St Levan, St Levan for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Marazion.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Back Lane, Rosehill, Marazion for their entire lengths, Beacon Road, Marazion between the junction of North Street and Rosehill.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2025 to 20th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trewidden Road, St Ives for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 1st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Hayle.

This prohibition is necessary for replacement gas main works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Lower Church Street, Hayle for its entire length and Chapel Lane, Hayle between the junction of Fore Street and Pools Court.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 24th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
