What is happening?

C43B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C43B from U43B to
U44B – 15.09.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 15.09.25 for 19 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the on the C43B from the U43B to the U44B.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during telecommunication works. An alternative route is available via the C43B, A950 to Howe of Buchan, A90, North Road, Peterhead, A90, C5B, C43B and vice versa.
