What is happening?

PROPOSED DISABLED PARKING PLACE REMOVALS BATCH 2025-01 - VARIOUS ROADS

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

The General Effects of the Orders would be:

(i) To remove Disabled Parking Bays outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey:

No.148 Roslyn Road N15, No.123 Hewitt Road N8, No.26 Briston Grove N8, No.44 Farrer Road N8, No.17 Pemberton Road N4, No.22 Yeatman Road N6, No.106 Rosebery Avenue N17, No.100 Sylvan Avenue N22, No.61 & No.63 Sperling Road N17, No.88 Steeds Road N10, No.155 Mount View Road N4, No.11 Barnard Hill N10, No.112 Manor Road N17, opposite No.25/27 Queen Street N17, No.195 Mount Pleasant Road N17, No.113 Maurice Avenue N22, No.41 Chesterfield Gardens N4, No.44 Ridge Road N8, No.19 Lauderdale Road N2, No.18 South Grove N15.

(ii) To remove Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Bays, outside (unless otherwise stated) the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey:

No.68/70 Falkland Road N8, No.26 & No.30 Halefield Road N17, No.28 Moselle Avenue N22, No.13 Muswell Road N10, No.11 Woodland Rise N10, No.29 Devonshire Road N17, No.70 Northumberland Park N17, No.31/33 Boyton Road N8, No.95 Alexandra Park Road N10, No.4-6 South Grove N15, No.128 Ferme Park Road N8, No.15 Boreham Road N22, No.21 Bilibidocca Road N8.

(iii) To reinstate the applicable Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(i) and (ii) of this notice.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
