Enfield, Multiple Roads, Temporary Closures Due To Various Works

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

BOWES ROAD N11 – 4586

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “Any time” on 8th September 2025 for 4 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on the north and south side, from a point between the common boundary of Nos. 401/403 to the junction with Cross Road.

ALBANY ROAD N18 – 4587

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “Any time” on 8th September 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking from a point between Nos. 9–14 Albany Road.

FORE STREET N18 – 4588

Reason for 14(1) Order – Staging of an Event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Operational Date and times:

Between 20.30hrs and 23.59hrs on the 5th, 7th and 8th September 2025 for 1 night.

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on the western side from its junction with High Road N17 to the junction with the A406 North Circular Road.

UPLANDS PARK ROAD, POSTERN GREEN EN2 – 4589

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “Any time” on 8th September 2025 for 5 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to:

Uplands Park Road

• Suspend parking between No.s 11–23 on both sides of the road; and

Postern Green

• Suspend parking from its junction with Uplands Park Road, eastwards, for approximately 50 metres on both sides of the road.
