Creedy Bridge Road - Temporary Road Closure To Rebuild Damaged Parapet Bridge Structure

Temporary Closure of Creedy Bridge Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Creedy Bridge Road - from 376 metres north-east of the junction with Drayton Farm Lane, north- eastwards for a total distance of 220 metres.
This Order will enable Neom Engineering to rebuild damaged parapet bridge structure on behalf of Somerset Council - Bridges and Structures.
The Order becomes effective on 18th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 22nd September 2025 and last until 24th September 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
