The County of Cornwall (Road From The County Boundary To Diddies Road, Launcells, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2025 to 24th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From The County Boundary To Diddies Road, Launcells, Bude between grid reference SS 26152 07750 and property known as Garden Park. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement and reconductor overhead cables and and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th October 2025 to 9th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Nescott To Langdon Cross, North Petherwin, Launceston between property known as Forda House and the junction with Stenhill Hill. An alternative route will be signed on site. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekends included. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Bodmin Road, Congdons Shop, Launceston between the junctions with Liskeard Road and Access to Treharne.
