The County of Cornwall (Fore Street, Customs House Hill, North Street, Passage Street, Station Road, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Fore Street, Customs House Hill, North Street, Passage Street, Station Road, Fowey from junction with Access To Slipways From Station Road to junction with South Street.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for installation of Openreach infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th October 2025 to 9th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Fore Street, Customs House Hill, North Street, Passage Street, Station Road, Fowey from junction with Access To Slipways From Station Road to No 36 North Street.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Penventinue Lane, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for tree surgery works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 23rd September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Penventinue Lane, Fowey for its entire length.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 10th June 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being section of footway at Long Steps, Lostwithiel Street, Fowey. The Order which commenced on the 11th June 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 5th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to unstable wall. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 6th March 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Terras Hill, Lostwithiel between Tregarthen and Terras House. The Order which commenced on the 7th March 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 30th January 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed due to collapsed retaining wall. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Respryn To Junction North Of Trewindle, Lostwithiel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lostwithiel. This prohibition is necessary for build out repairs on Respryn Bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 10th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Respryn To Junction North Of Trewindle, Lostwithiel between the junction Access to Newton House and grid reference SX 10188 63421.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Horningtops. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2025 to 24th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keyne. This prohibition is necessary for pole renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From The B3254 Junction West Of Penha le To Tregarland Bridge, Trewidland, St Keyne between property known as Badham Farm and the junction with Landlooe Lane.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being B3253 From Junction South Of Cleese Farm To St Martins Road, St Martin between grid references SX 26361 55564 and SX 26640 55905 for approximately 450 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole replacement and renewal works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 8th October 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th October 2025. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for wall pier repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Golberdon. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Kaedeen To Trenavin Farm, Golberdon between properties known as Green Acres and Boslowen.
