The County of Cornwall (Moresk Close, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro.
This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 3rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Moresk Close, Truro between the properties numbered 10 and 24.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction West Of Lower Trelassick To Trendeal Vean, Road From Trendeal Vean To Road Junction North Of The Cricket House, Ladock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Ladock.
This prohibition is necessary for parapet repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2025 to 1st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Road From Junction West Of Lower Trelassick To Trendeal Vean, Ladock between grid reference SW88676 52781 and the property named Trendeal Vean Farm and Road From Trendeal Vean To Road Junction North Of The Cricket House, Trendeal, Ladock between the property named Trendeal Vean Farm and grid reference SW89236 52466.

The County of Cornwall (Bridleway 37, Gwennap and Bridleway 46, Kea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Carnon Downs.
This prohibition is necessary for footbridge repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 24th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Public right of way affected - Bridleway 37, Gwennap and Bridleway 46, Kea for their entire lengths.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads Falmouth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 10th October 2025.
Roads subject to prohibition - Ashfield Gardens and Road From Ashfield Gardens To Ashfield Road, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Ashfield Gardens and Road From Ashfield Gardens To Ashfield Road, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1730, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Vernon Place, Falmouth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for a delivery of brewery equipment and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. Road affected - Vernon Place, Falmouth between the properties numbered 39 and 37.
