What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

A92 – TEMPORAY 40MPH SPEED LIMIT

“The Aberdeenshire Council (A92, Gourdon - 08.09.25) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 08.09.25 for 9 weeks and will introduce a 40mph speed limit on the A92, Gourdon from Sillyflatt Farm until the layby just after Gourdon Junction.

The temporary speed limit is necessary in the interests of public safety due to bus stop improvement works. Details of the temporary restriction can be viewed online at https://online.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/apps/roadworks/ Any queries should be directed to on Yasmin Macdonald on 01467 535435.
