What is happening?

BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL BARGATES, CHRISTCHURCH -PARKING SUSPENSION TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT: No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time

WHERE: Bargates southbound between properties 59 and 53

WHY: This is to facilitate a utility connection. Works by O'Marah Construction

WHEN: Anticipated dates: 29th September 2025 until 13th October 2025

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
