HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:  

 1. Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 10fed Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd  bod y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau ar 10fed Medi 2025, gan weithio rhwng 08:00 – 17:00.  

2. Roedd angen y Gorchymyn  er mwyn i BT wneud gwaith polio mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad.   Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.  

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o’r C45.8 Heol Mynediad i Tre-fal-Du Isaf, Llanddingad, Sir Fynwy, ~415m o’r gyffordd gyda Heol Rhaglan Isaf am ~60m.  

4. Nid oedd llwybr dargyfeirio gan nad yw hon yn ffordd drwodd a modd mynd i mewn ac allan, gydag ychydig o oedi.    

5. Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro C45.8 Heol Mynediad i Tre-fal-Du Isaf, Llanddingad, Sir Fynwy 2025.  

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984  

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(C45.8 ACCESS ROAD TO LOWER TRE-FAL-DU, DINGESTOW, MONMOUTHSHIRE) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  

1. The Order came into operation on the 10th September 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 10th September 2025, operating between 08:00 – 17:00.  

2. The order was necessary for BT poling works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.  

3. The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of C45.8 Access Road to Lower Tre-fal-Du, Dingestow, Monmouthshire, ~415m from its junction with Lower Raglan Road for ~60m.  

4. There was no signed diversion route in place due to the closure being on a no-through road, access/egress will be maintained under small delays.  

5. This order may be cited as the C45.8 Access Road to Lower Tre-fal-Du, Dingestow, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025  

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
