HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:  

1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 22ain Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau ar 22ain Medi 2025, gan weithredu rhwng 09:30 – 15:30.  

 2. Mae angen y Gorchymyn  er mwyn i BT wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad.   Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.  

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o Heol Treherbert Road, Llandegfedd,  Sir Fynwy, ~185m i’r gorllewin o’r gyffordd gyda Heol Tŷ Isaf am ~215m.  

4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn:- Heol Treherbert, A4042, B4236, Heol Brynbuga, R106 Pont Sor i Clomendy Wood Farm, R106 Colomendy Wood Farm i Heol Treherbert ac i’r gwrthwyneb.

5.  Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Treherbert Road, Llandegfedd,  Sir Fynwy 2025.

6.  Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984  

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (
TRE HERBERT ROAD, LLANDEGVETH, MONMOUTHSHIRE) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 22nd September 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 22nd September 2025, operating between 09:30 – 15:30.  

2. The order is necessary for BT works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of Tre Herbert Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire, ~185m west from its junction with Ty Isaf Road for ~215m.  

4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- Tre Herbert Road, A4042, B4236, Usk Road, R106 Sor Bridge to Clomendy Wood Farm, R106 Colomendy Wood Farm to Treherbert Road and vice versa.  


5. This order may be cited as the Tre Herbert Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025  

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
