What is happening?

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 202

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO) ORDER 202**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Orders is to introduce or amend various restrictions on roads across High Wycombe (Table 1) and Gerrards Cross (as Table 2) as listed below:

A copy of the Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Further details are also available on the website Your Voice Bucks (Your Voice Bucks – Citizen Space) Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by 11:59pm on Friday 26th September 2025 to the Design Services Team, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA, or by email to highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk with subject ‘South Bucks Parking Review – High Wycombe and Gerrards Cross’.
