What is happening?

(WESSEX PRIMARY SCHOOL, MAIDENHEAD)
(PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLING
ZONE) ORDER 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act) and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police made the above Order on 21 August 2025, the effect of which will be to:
No person shall cause any motor vehicle to enter the pedestrian and cycle zone during the hours following road in Maidenhead:St.Adrian’s Close, Maidenhead (for its entire length) Between 8.30am and 9.00am and between 2.45pm and 3.30pm when the signs to that effect are displayed.
All distances are approximate.
Copies of the documents detailing the proposals can be inspected at Maidenhead Library, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF, between the hours of 9:30am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 12:30pm-5:30pm Wednesday, 11am-7pm Thursday, 10am-4pm Saturday, and 11am-2pm Sunday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that a requirement of that Act or of any relevant Regulation made under it, has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 21 August 2025 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
