THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202

(AMENDMENT NO 000) ORDER 202***

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is to reduce the speed limit from 40mph to 30 mph on the A4128 Wycombe Road, Prestwood, as well as on Peterley Lane, as shown below:

A4128 Wycombe Road, Prestwood (from a point approximately 76 metres south-east of the junction with Lodge Lane, to a point approximately 70 metres south of the junction with Perks Lane and Peterley Lane)Revoke existing 40mph speed limit and replace with 30mph speed limit.
Peterley Lane, Prestwood (from the junction with the A4128 Wycombe Road, in a easterly direction for about 26 metres)
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the length of roads affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.
