(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA), (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016) AMENDMENT NO. 4 ORDER 2025
ST JOHNS STREET, REID PARK AVENUE & HAWKING CROFT ROAD, HORBURY
The Council of the City of Wakefield, in exercise of powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made the above Order, the effect of which, in relation to St Johns Street, Reid Park Avenue And Hawking Croft Road, Horbury is to vary the
Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by :
Introducing lengths of Permit Holders Only Parking places Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.30pm and No Waiting At Any Time on all or parts of the following roads:
ST JOHNS STREET, REID PARK AVENUE, HAWKING CROFT ROAD
The order comes into force on the 7th September 2025. A copy of the Traffic Regulation Order, together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be viewed on the website www.wakefield.gov.uk/tro
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (ie. 1st September 2025) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
