What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
INVERURIE - TEMPORARY TRAFFIC
MANAGEMENT
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Burn Lane, Inverurie – 12.09.25) (Temporary Traffic Management) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 12.09.25 for 8 days and will introduce the following temporary restrictions in Inverurie:
ONE WAY TRAFFIC SYSTEM
Burn Lane, from Constitution Street in an easterly direction to Burn Lane car park access (no entry beyond Burn Lane car park).
PROHIBITION OF WAITING (WHEN ‘NO WAITING’ CONES ARE DEPLOYED) Burn Lane, south side from a distance of 15 meters east of its junction with Constitution Street eastwards for a distance of 50 metres.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to opening joint bay for HV shut down works. Details of the restriction can be
