(Rudgwick: Public Footpath No. 1394)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along a length of Public Footpath No. 1394, from its junction with Public Footpath

No. 1392_1 (510634.318, 133899.109) to its junction with Public Footpath No. 1399 (510718.984, 133191.348), a distance of 730m.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety due to erosion undermining the footpath.

Unfortunately there are no alternative routes available using the Public Rights of Way network.

The Order will come into effect on 8 September 2025 and will last for 6 months.
