(CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2016)
AMENDMENT NO. 7 ORDER 2025
LAKE LOCK ROAD & ORCHARD AVENUE, STANLEY

The Council of the City of Wakefield proposes to make the above Order under its powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which, in relation to: Lake Lock Road and Orchard Avenue,

Stanley is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by:

Introducing lengths of No Waiting At Any Time on all or parts of the following roads:

LAKE LOCK ROAD, ORCHARD AVENUE

If you wish to examine the proposed Order you can view a copy on the website www.wakefield. gov.uk/tro. It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the road as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order. If you have any queries regarding the order, please e-mail trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing or by email to trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk to reach the undersigned by not later than 12 noon on 25th September 2025 quoting reference CEA/25/7.
