(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (B6460 Fogorig, Duns) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on  8 September 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. The Order is required for BT works. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6460 Fogorig, Duns.

The alternative route for westbound traffic is via the B6460, A697, B6461, A6112 and B6460 to the point of closure, for eastbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(B6355 NORTHBURN ROAD, EYEMOUTH)

(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER  2025

The Scottish Borders Council (B6355 Northburn Road, Eyemouth) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 7 September 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water Ironworks Repair.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B6355 at Northburn Road, Eyemouth.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Northburn Road, Coldingham Road, Albert Road, Northburn Road to the point of closure, westbound traffic is via Northburn Road, High Street, Church Street, Harbour Road, Albert Road, Coldingham Road, Northburn Road to the point of closure.
