Notice of Variation: On-Street Parking Charges 2025
Chichester District
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC in exercise of its powers under Section 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the Charges and Tariffs detailed in the WSCC (Chichester District) (Parking Places and Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2010 , (as amended ).
Permit charges in the Chichester Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) will be increased as follows:

The Charges and Tariffs in Chichester District will be increased from 1 October 2025.
This Notice only applies to the charges above and in all other respects the provisions of the WSCC (Chichester District) (Parking Places and Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2010 will remain in force.
