The County of Cornwall (Road From Menacudle Hill To Scredda, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for installation of new electrical connection and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 19th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Menacudle Hill To Scredda, St Austell from junction of Access To Bojea Farm in a northerly direction for approximately 40 metres. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Indian Queens. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 3rd October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Chapel Road, Indian Queens from near Gordon House to near property known as Little Orchard. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Nanpean. This prohibition is necessary for frame and cover works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 16th September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. Road affected - Quarry Close Road, Nanpean from outside China Clay Works to outside Hallew Cottage. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for drainage repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 1st October 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for safe access to carriageway box and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 4th October 2025. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 17th April 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Harmony Road, Roche between grid references SW98010 60119 and SW98250 60109 for approximately 243 metres.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction if necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works for the St Austell Link Road are being executed on or near the road. The Order which commenced on the 18th April 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 30th September 2025. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 12th June 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Roche Road, Route Of New A391 From Stenalees Roundabout To Trezaise, Higher Trezaise, Trezaise Road, Fore Street, Victoria Road, Edgcumbe Road, Stenalees from Tregoss Roundabout to Singlerose Roundabout for approximately 5675 Metres.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction if necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the workforce during works to finish St Austell to A30 Link Road. The Order which commenced on the 13th June 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 30th September 2025. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Tintagel.
This prohibition is necessary for desilting and jet washing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th September 2025 to 18th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Boscastle.
This prohibition is necessary for patching and surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 10th October 2025. Roads subject to prohibition - B3266 Between Mount Pleasant And Camelford Road and B3266 Between Doctors Hill And Mount Pleasant for their entire lengths, Boscastle.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Boscastle. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - B3266 Between Mount Pleasant And Camelford Road and B3266 Between Doctors Hill And Mount Pleasant for their entire lengths, Boscastle. The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
