(AGNES ROAD, NORTHAMPTON) (EASTBOUND ONLY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Agnes Road, Northampton (eastbound only) as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Agnes Road, Northampton (southbound only) from entrance to Old Church to Kingsthorpe Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway works on Kingsthorpe Road.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 1 day.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Semilong Terrace, St Pauls Road and Kingsthorpe Road.

(ADNITT ROAD & MANFIELD ROAD, NORTHAMPTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Adnitt Road and Manfield Road, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Adnitt Road – from Stimpson Avenue to Bostock Avenue. Manfield Road – from Adnitt Road to Burlington Court entrance.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 24th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for 1 day each.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: Adnit Road – use Whitworth Road, Perry Street and Stimpson Avenue. Manfield Road – for vehicles travelling south use Adnitt road, Allen Road and Wellingborough Road for vehicles travelling north use Wellingborough Road, Roseholme Road and Adnitt Road.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Landcross Drive, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Landcross Drive, Northampton from Abington Park Crescent to Filleigh Way.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Nobottle Road, Harpole as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Nobottle Road, Harpole from the junction of Sandy Lane roundabout to Road Hill.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during BT works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Tintern Avenue, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Tintern Avenue, Northampton from Gladstone Road to Countess Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during the installation of HV ducting.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to one week.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Stanford Road, Cold Ashby as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Stanford Road, Cold Ashby from Cold Ashby Lodge to Dunkers Hill Farm.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of new water connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 24th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Spencer Bridge Road, Northampton (eastbound) – from Gladstone Road to St Andrews Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during structural investigation and works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of new gas connection.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 8th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of Brampton Lane, Pitsford/Pitsford Road, Chapel Brampton from outside of Brampton Fisheries.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during vegetation clearance on structure.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 11th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
