What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Fan Chicken Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises named Pepe's Piri Piri at Ground Floor, 82 Brick Lane, London, E1 6RL to permit Late Night Refreshment for an additional 2 hours each night Please note, that this is for delivery only and that the premises always closes its doors to customers at 2330 hours. The new hours would therefore be Sunday to Thursday 2300-0200 And Fridays and Saturdays from 2300 hours to 0400 hours the next day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk tel; 020 7364 5008 Representations must be received no later than 16/09/2025 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
