(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Woodhouse Lane, Emley, from its junction with Woodhouse Lane for approximately 860 metres west to the farm on Woodhouse Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Woodhouse Lane, Ash Lane, Upper Lane, Chapel Lane, Jagger Lane, Westfield Lane, Windmill Hill Lane, Haigh Lane, Barnsley Road, Bar Lane, Denby Dale Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 1 September 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(HOLLOWGATE, HOLMFIRTH AND SUSPENSION OF NO ENTRY ONTO HOLLOWGATE FROM HUDDERSFIELD ROAD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Hollowgate, Holmfirth from a point outside property no.1 Hollowgate to a point outside property no. 13-17 Hollowgate to include point closure at junction of New Fold PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via unaffected part of Hollowgate, Victoria Street, Huddersfield Road, Hollowgate and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on 21 August 2025 to follow on from the expiry of the Emergency Notice dated 29 July 2025 and will remain in force until 31 January 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(MOOR SIDE LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 3) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Moor Side Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield from a point opposite property no.5 Moor Side Lane to its junction with Crimea Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Marsden Lane, Slaithwaite, from its junction with Park Gate Road for approximately 20 metres southwest along Marsden Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cowlersley Lane, Cowlersley, from its junction with Yew Tree Lane to its junction with Winget Avenue PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of : Hood Street, Berry Brow, from approximately 20 metres either side of the bridge on Hood Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Poplar Street, Huddersfield from its junction with Wakefield Road to a point approximately outside property no. 46 Poplar Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Leeds Road, Deighton, from its junction with Enterprise Way to its junction with Neptune Way, including point closure on Deighton Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wakefield Road:
