GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A465 (Y FFORDD YMUNO TUA’R GORLLEWIN WRTH GYFNEWIDFA TREDEGAR, BLAENAU GWENT) (GWAHARDD CERBYDAU DROS DRO) 202- 

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ymhen dim llai na 7 niwrnod i ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A465, neu gerllaw iddi, wrth Gyfnewidfa Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent. 

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd, ac eithrio’r rhai a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys neu ar gyfer y gwaith, rhag mynd ar y darn o’r ffordd ymuno tua’r gorllewin wrth Gyfnewidfa Tredegar. 

Y llwybr arall fydd ymuno â cherbytffordd tua’r dwyrain yr A465 wrth Gyfnewidfa Tredegar, mynd at Gylchfan Glyn Ebwy, ymadael a dychwelyd ar gerbytffordd tua’r gorllewin yr A465. 

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 17 Medi 2025. 

Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol yn bennaf ystod y dydd (08:00 – 16:00 o’r gloch) o 17 – 18 Medi 2025 (efallai y bydd angen gwneud gwaith y tu allan i’r oriau hynny), neu hyd nes caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol. 

Dim ond ar y dyddiadau a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol. 

Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ail-amserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir.

THE A465 TRUNK ROAD (WESTBOUND ENTRY SLIP ROAD AT TREDEGAR INTERCHANGE, BLAENAU GWENT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 202- 

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A465 trunk road at Tredegar Interchange, Blaenau Gwent. 

The effect of the proposed Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services or for the works, from proceeding on the length of the westbound entry slip road at Tredegar Interchange. 

The alternative route will be to join the A465 eastbound carriageway at Tredegar Interchange, proceed to Ebbw Vale Roundabout, exit and return via the A465 westbound carriageway. 

The Order will come into force on 17 September 2025. The temporary prohibition is expected to operate primarily during the daytime (08:00 – 16:00 hours) from 17 – 18 September 2025 (some works may be required outside those hours), or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed. 

Although the Order is only expected to operate on the dates specified above, it will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months, as a contingency, should the work need to be rescheduled or consequential or other work is required. 

Notice of any changes to times and dates will be displayed before any rescheduled work begins.
