What is happening?

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20** B6382 WHEATLEY LANE, BEN RHYDDING

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of the B6382 Wheatley Lane in Ben Rhydding.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or at llkley Library, Station Road, llkley, LS29 8HA; or examined on the Council's website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order; or obtained from Chris Hird, Traffic Engineer - Department of Place, by email at chris.hird@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number 106067/CON-1A.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below quoting the above reference or by e-mail to objections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 18 September 2025.
