What is happening?

(FIRTREE ROAD, PYPE HAYES) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
• To introduce waiting restrictions on lengths of BLOSSOM ROAD, EATON WOOD, FIRTREE ROAD, TERRYS LANE TYBURN GROVE, WESTMEAD CRESCENT, and WOODACRE, PYPE HAYES
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Iain Aiken email: iain.aiken@birmingham.gov.uk or Karl Randall Tel: 07766 924044)
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 23rd September 2025.
