What is happening?

THE A52 TRUNK ROAD (BEESTON, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE)
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF STATUTORY PROVISIONS) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) intends to make an Order on the A52 Trunk Road, at Beeston in the County of Nottinghamshire, to enable electronic detector system replacement works to be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily suspend the bus/cycle lane on the eastbound carriageway of the A52 from its junction with Sandy Lane, to its junction with David Grove, at Beeston.

The work is expected to be carried out between 20:00 hours on Saturday 20 September 2025 and 02:00 hours on Sunday 21 September 2025. The Order will come into force on 15 September 2025.
