Gravesham, Multiple Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices

What is happening?

HIGHWAYS

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.

GRAVESHAM AREA

Berkley Road, Gravesend. DA12 9GR (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

Because of a new water connection, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Berkley Road, Gravesend, on or after 22nd September 2025 for up to 5 days between 07.00hrs and 17.00hrs or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed outside number 2.

The alternative route is via Berkley Road, Bernard Street, West Crescent Road, Wilfred Street and vice versa.

 

Cutmore Street, Gravesend. DA11 0PL (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

Because of a water main fitting repair, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Cutmore Street, Gravesend, on or after 22nd September 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed at the junction with Arthur Street.

The alternative route is via Cutmore Street, Spencer Street, Cambrian Grove, Arthur Street and vice versa.

 

Park Avenue, Northfleet DA11 8DS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

Because of Southern Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Park Avenue, Northfleet, on or after 22nd September 2025 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed outside number 10.

The alternative route is via Park Avenue, B261 Dover Road East/Old Road West, Pelham Road South, Perry Street, Earl Road, Vale Road and vice versa.

 

Parrock Avenue, Gravesend. DA12 1LA

(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

Because of Southern Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Parrock Avenue, Gravesend, on or after 23rd September 2025 for up to 4 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed outside number 12.

The alternative route is via Parrock Avenue, Park Avenue, B261 Old Road East/Echo Square, Parrock Road and vice versa.

 

Wye Road, Gravesend. DA12 5QN (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

Because of Southern Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Wye Road, Gravesend, on or after 24th September 2025 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.

The road will be closed at the junction with Hillside Avenue.

The alternative route is via Hillside Avenue, Lamorna Avenue, Thomas Drive, Wye Road and vice versa.
