TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES AT A4107 FROM CYMMER TO BLAENGWYNFI, CYMMER
NOTICE is hereby given that the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council in pursuance of its powers as contained in Section 90A of the Highway Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 intends to install Traffic Calming Measures in the form of:- Raised Speed Plateau of such dimensions and situated at such locations as set out in the schedule below.
A copy of the draft Notice, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros.
Any objections should be submitted in writing, setting out the reasons thereof, to reach the Head of Engineering and Transport, The Quays, Baglan Energy Park SA11 2GG by 22nd September 2025.

Schedule 1 - Traffic Calming measures in the form of Raised Speed Plateau (7.5 metres long x 75 millimetres high)
A4107 From Cymmer to Blaengwynfi, Cymmer
1.1 At a point approximately 75 metres south of its junction with Viaduct Road, Cymmer.
1.2 At a point approximately 221 metres south west of its junction with Viaduct Road, Cymmer.
