Gorley Lynch, Temporary Road Closure Due To Overhead Structire Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - GORLEY LYNCH, HYDE, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Gorley Lynch starting 202 metres South from its junction with Buddle Hil and continuing to a point 926 metres Southeast on Gorley Lynch.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Gorley Lynch, Ringwood Road, Hern Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Tuesday 9th September 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours 09:30-15:30).
