Johnstone Street, Menstrie (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2025

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Johnstone Street, Menstrie) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14th August 2025: Schedule 1 where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Johnstone Street, Menstrie (From its junction with Abercrombie Place westwards until its junction with Windsor Street, a distance of 150 metres or thereby). Diversion – Via local diversion. The order runs from 0800 hours on Monday 1st September 2025 until 1800 hours on Friday 19th September 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate capital footpath resurfacing works, mainly removal of vehicles for the area. Limited access maybe given by the contractor on site and access at night.
