CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

The Council of the London Borough of Bromley in exercise of their powers under Section 35 and 124 and Part IV Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other powers enabling them in that behalf has proposed to make the above Order.

The effect of the Order is to replace The London Borough of Bromley (Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008 and subsequent amendment Orders with the new Order.

The effect of the Order will increase the parking charges in respect of Chelsfield Car Park (The Highway) to those contained in the Schedule to the Order.

A copy of the proposed new Order and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be obtained by emailing parking@bromley.gov.uk

during normal office hours Monday to Friday

Any persons wishing to object to the new Order should send a statement in writing with details of the grounds for objection to the Director of Environment and Public Protection London Borough of Bromley Bromley Civic Centre Churchill Court 2 Westmoreland Bromley BR1 2AS or by email to parking@bromley.gov.uk not later than 24th September 2025

Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provision of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments made in response to this Notice may be open for public inspection.
