THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CLASS III (C3021) ROAD AT CROSS INN CROSSROADS, NR STAR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that water main renewal works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Class III (C3021) road at Cross Inn Crossroads, nr Star — from its junction with the C3104 Llanfyrnach to Llynwyddrain road, northwest to its junction with the U3256 road leading to Blaen-Ffynnnon-Fach.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 15th September 2025 for approximately 4 weeks.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the C3104 Llynwyddrain to Llanfyrnach road, C3170 and C3099 roads leading to Tegryn, U3253 Tegryn to Star road and C3021.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith adnewyddu ar y brif bibell ddwr.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol ac eithrio cerbydau esempt rhag myned ar hyd yr rhan o honno o’r ffordd dosbarth III (C3021) wrth groesffordd Cross Inn, ger Star – o’i chydffurf â ffordd yr C3104 Llanfyrnach i Llynwrddrain, i’r gogledd-orllewin i’w chydffurf â ffordd yr U3256 sy’n arwain i Blaen-Ffynnnon-Fach.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffordd yn unol â’r hyn, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 15 Medi 2025 am oddeutu pedwar wythnos.

Y llwybr angen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd ffordd yr C3104 Llynwrddrain i Llanfyrnach, ffyrdd C3170 a’r C3099 sy’n arwain i Degryn, ffordd U3253 Tegryn i Star a’r C3021.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 18 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith, neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.
