Lovelace Road, Bracknell - Temporary Road Closure due to Works

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(LOVELACE ROAD, BRACKNELL)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)

ORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along:

a) The spur off Lovelace Road, Bracknell.

There is no alternative route for this closure.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while Section 278 works are carried out on the carriageway and footpath.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 15th September 2025, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place between 15th September 2025 – 03rd October 2025.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
