(TEMPORARY NO WAITING)  ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (High Street & Victoria Street, Coldstream) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 1 September 2025 and  is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on  3 September 2025 - 24 hour restriction. The Order  is required for Scottish Water works.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the following roads in Coldstream:

(i)    High Street opposite number 84 High Street: and

(ii)   Victoria Street from Victoria Lodge to the junction with High Street.
