o 08/09/2025 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o Rodfa Abenbury, Stad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam rhwng y gyffordd â’r Ffordd Gyswllt i Rodfa Abenbury, i’r gyffordd â chylchfan Lôn y Bryn am 480m i alluogi O’Connor Utilities ar ran Scottish Power i gloddio a gosod cebl foltedd uchel ar hyd yr ymyl ac yn y lôn gerbydau. Bydd y ffordd ar gau i un cyfeiriad yn unig, gydar’ traffig yn llifo i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain o gylchfan Lôn y Bryn.Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau a effeithir gan y cau yw ar hyd Gogledd Ffordd yr Onnen a chylchfan Lôn y Bryn a bydd arwyddion priodol yn cael eu gosod. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 5 wythnos, neu nes y caiff y gwaith ei gwblhau os bydd hynny’n gynt, a gallai bara am hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
effective from 08/09/2025 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Abenbury Way, Wrexham Industrial Estate between its junction with Link Road to Abenbury Way to its junction with Bryn Lane roundabout for a distance of 480m to enable O’Connor Utilities on behalf of Scottish Power to excavate and install a HV cable in the verge and in the carriageway. The closure will be in one direction only, with traffic flow in a south-easterly direction from Bryn Lane roundabout. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Ash Road North and Bryn Lane Roundabout which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 5 weeks, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
